Housing Support for HALO Trust’s Work in Ukraine

The war in Ukraine has created an ongoing need for urgent and reliable solutions in various domains.

Regarding humanitarian efforts, The HALO Trust foundation has been tirelessly working on clearing civilian areas from mines and other dangerous explosives. Their work calls for safe, off-grid infrastructure, capable of ensuring dignified, relatively comfortable housing and living conditions.

Continest has been working in cooperation with The HALO Trust to solve this immediate and continuous issue. Currently, approximately 70 CN20 containers form the camp of The HALO Trust personnel in Kherson Oblast and the Mykolayiv region. Rapidly deployable and ready to use, our units are insulated and equipped with AC – heating and cooling options –, thus adequate to serve as accommodation, even in rural areas.

Ongoing discussions with the organization focus on strengthening infrastructure to better support their vital mission and exploring opportunities for future collaboration. Custom kitchen and sanitary containers are also on the way to Ukraine, as an effort to further elevate the comfort level in The HALO Trust camps.

This collaboration with The HALO Trust is designed as a long-term commitment, in order to assist their exceptional and selfless work.
